After logging in, the main screen (dashboard) always displays the most important cases, tasks, or sales opportunities associated with your user account.
This allows you to quickly review current cases, prioritize them and plan your workday. Creating custom configurations within a personalized dashboard (Dashboard) makes it easy to manage the master view data (multiple system elements can be pinned and unpinned).


CRM module - Customer Relationship Management
Allows you to manage customers and contacts.
Creating a database of customers and contractors, adding new contacts and assigning them specific information and data, as well as grouping and assigning contacts to existing contractors - all this enables individual approach to the customer and supports good cooperation with contractors. Information is always available and up-to-date.
